After paying for the program, I tried calling the support number on your site more 15 times in 24 hours no one picked my calls. Your response to my mail also took almost 24hrs. I was left with dissatisfaction because being a first time customer I did not get good impression of your customer service. I hope next time you improve on your customer response time either by mail or phone. Thank you,
