We have had exactly the same experience regarding the tax clearance and only after paying the 5,000 did they say we had to pay the tax liability, which was considerable. They also would not provide documents to support they had made the tax clearance application.........something is definitely not right ???

Special thanks to Blockas and their customer support department for their support through our debt financing phase. We just officially started our operations at Premier Hotels & Resorts. We are a hotel investment fund for developing new brand-name hotels and buying existing hotels and resorts and then adding value by renovations. No other crypto exchange gave us such flexibility to withdraw our entire $20M directly into our bank. We also did go through the tax filling process and paid capital gains. It was worth it at the end.

Our lender transferred 12.5 million in BTC to my account. We were required to pay 5K for filing a tax form. We payed it splitting the cost with the lender. The support team said the funds would be released. Two hours later they stated this was a taxable event even though the paperwork states this is a loan. support said sorry you need to pay $281,000 for a taxable event. Hello Frank, we apologize for your experience, we are a licensed crypto currency company. There are policies we must follow to ensure we keep our license. One of these policy involves us reporting the transaction at the point of withdrawal and obtaining a clearance certificate, if there is a tax liability either long term or Short term we are required to remit the payment to obtain the clearance certificate. We are working on systems to make this process more seamless in the future.

The same experiene as Ryan, Mikael, Etienne, etc... The scam platform, connected with lending - "investment" company. They have sent contract and they wanted to transfer funds to our UK based company, with one catch - 5k USD fee in Bitcoin. I have hired professional tax preparer, so we have sent them all forms 8949, long, short, etc. After almost 6 weeks, nothing happened ... Hands out - it´s 1000% SCAM !!!

I struggled with the KYC platform for over 2 days. Customer support help me complete the verification manually but asides that the service is average. They did get the job done but I do not think reporting transactions below $1M is necessary.

50/50- Good service but could be better I only used the service once. The user interface is friendly and there is a limited assets choice but customer support service answers on time and they like giving machine answers.
