I really like the comprehensive functionality and efficiency of Blip AI. It has the potential to be a very useful tool and has already saved me time. However, there are still some frustrating bugs that need to be addressed. One issue is that the dictation sometimes ends up in my computer’s search bar instead of the application I’m working in. More recently, Blip has stopped recognizing my microphone altogether, so I’m currently unable to use the dictation feature. I understand that software can have bugs, but these issues significantly affect the usefulness of the product. I would appreciate help getting the microphone issue resolved. If it cannot be resolved, I may need to request a refund. I like the product and would prefer to keep using it, but it needs to work reliably

I've been having issues with the app since I installed it since May 29, 2026. I'm having a tough time with it on my phone in particular. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting, and force‑stopping it. I've tried all of these things and the app just will not show up. The hovering microphone icon won't show up when I touch any text fields. I purchased the app because I wanted to use it and save time, but it's just not functioning anymore. I don't know where it stopped functioning or why. I've tried everything, and it's just becoming frustrating and not worth it. I don't know what to do at this point. Some of the reviews report that this was a good app, but I also saw some conflicting reviews saying it's not good. I wanted to use the lowest tier to test it out and eventually upgrade to another tier so I can have more devices. But I'm becoming discouraged and considering a refund; I don't know what to do. I'm just looking for help. And trying to fix the app is causing a major inconvenience. I value my time, so it's extremely frustrating to have to troubleshoot and waste all these hours trying to figure out why the app is not working. Very discouraging, this experience. I have been actively trying to get the issue resolved, but I am constantly ignored. The app works well when it's working, and I was very much interested in upgrading. However, when talking to the staff, they have been ignoring me and have recently been dishonest when I asked how to upgrade and get a license. The app is good, but the customer service is a little bit shaky. As well as Dishonest. Update: 08/01/2026 Customer service staff that I'm working with are very cooperative and they're trying their best. The app seems to have issues with mobile devices. It works really well on a computer, but when it comes to mobile devices, it doesn't do so great. I'm looking for using the app as effectively and efficiently as possible, and they're trying their best, but it needs some work in terms of the technical and onboarding process. Overall, I still think it's worth the money that you pay for it, considering if you're open to testing out some bugs and overcoming some of the frustrations with the app's functionality. I do still recommend it. They just need to do some work, and I'm pretty sure they'll get there with all of the feedback that people provide if they're providing honest feedback. Thank you.
