Discontinued Towel Service
Blink Fitness – 16th East 14th Street Clean, affordable, and staffed with friendly employees. I've been a member for two years and would have given a higher rating, but I’m disappointed with a recent change: they removed their towel service without any notice to members. When I asked the front desk staff why, their only explanation was that the decision came from upper management. One of the main reasons I initially signed up was because they offered towel service, even though it came at an additional monthly cost. It’s not just a convenience—it’s a necessity when working out and especially for post-workout showers. Frankly, I’m baffled. What gym doesn’t offer towel service these days? If this change isn’t reversed, I might have to start looking for a gym that understands its members' needs better.
