Awfully run company. I just got my refund today March 22nd 2022 from orders placed in SEPTEMBER of 21. That should say it all.

The charms are very detail and cute for the price. What a great gift idea for my granddaughter to start her own charm bracelet that she loves so much. I even bought one for myself the charms are smaller than the pandora charms, but the price is so much better with Bling jewelry.

Ordered a pair of earrings for my granddaughter waited over a month for them but were broke not surprising as just packed on flimsy envelope but the did refund me straight away should look into the packaging

Blingjewelry.com is a great site, they have beautiful jewelry and they have great customer service. I lost an earring back after receiving my earrings and Blingjewelry.com found a couple of them to send me even though it was my fault. They have a customer for life.
