The shade was replaced, no questions asked. However, the shades are of a lower quality than the shades from other companies that we have had in the past. They were easy to install.

I ordered the Cooloroo shade by calling directly to customer service since I had some questions about the shade specifications. The person I spoke to was very helpful and so I ordered the shade that day. It arrived earlier than we thought and we installed it a week later. We are happy with the color(matches the siding) and helps with blocking the direct sun on our porch. Our outside dining is much more comfortable now.

I ordered a Skylight shade for my RV. It is definitely better than the one that came with the RV, but I feel like it is a tiny bit too long. It saggs a little and the pleats don't fold properly so it is a pain to open. I think the strings need to be a little more taunt, but there is no way to tighten it.

The ability to get several free samples to choose from was key when ordering online. I called with some questions and customer service was able to walk me through what I needed. I was surprised how quickly the shades were delivered (no more than two weeks). Worked great for me! I would order again.

Beautiful color, I recommend top down bottom up blinds with cords. I am extremely happy with the color of the blinds. They are beautiful. But I did not think about the problem with a top down blind on a high window without a cord being out of reach. I end up leaving my blinds down partway at night because I can’t reach to pull the blinds all the way up to the top. The blinds are lovely, but you might prefer to choose something with a cord if you want top down and bottom up.

I have two broken mounting brackets. And the RV hasn’t moved yet! I’m very concerned! I need more brackets.

Ordering the blinds was easy. The instructions on how to measure your windows were clear and accurate. My only disappointment was that the photo made it seem like there was more of a texture/fabric look to these blinds, but they are definitely plain beige with no texture and it is not made of fabric.
