Terrible quality blinds. Very light weight. I ordered 4 blinds; one of them wont even lift open.

Do not support or affiliate yourself with this company as they let go of healthy employees due to being "unvaccinated". Those who have done there real research know these tyrannical mandates suggested by corrupt health agencies/political pawns are not laws nor constitutional. The reviews also speak volumes.

Horrible Company to deal with. I ordered blinds 1 month ago and still have not received. Spoke with there joke customer service and there excuse was items stuck in warehouse. They offered 50% refund and they would desrtoy the blinds, so I lose half my money for nothing. Stay away from there false advertising.

Confirming other reviews : crappy quality, wrong size shipped after WEEKS awaiting, customer support is a joke. Stay away.

They sent me the wrong size and the mounting hardware was generic and did not fit the blinds. No refunds, just offered to ship me more of their crappy product. Customer service was rude and dismissive. RUN AWAY!

Dishonest merchant that will send you garbage and vanish into thin air with no returns. Thats a problem when they are inches off and cut sloppily. Zero customer service, blinds take a month or two to arrive. Avoid.

The blinds I receive did not slide properly on the head rail. This company's policy is no refunds. They did offer to send me out another head rail which I refused because I was like "why would I want another one of the same that does not work well?" I asked them for a different head rail that was not the same design and they refused. This company has the worst customer service. It takes 45" to get anyone on the phone and they don't return emails properly. I am VERY dissatisfied. The blinds I replaced them with were from Lowes and were half as expensive and worked twice as well. No problems with sliding mechanism on this less expensive head rail from Lowe's. I don't recommend this company.
