great product but i got the wrong installation instructions...so i did now know where to place the brackets...guess and think i would have looked better had i known that they should go by the ends and in the middle also it said not to remove the plastic before you have them in place but almost impossible to remove the plastic after the blind has been put into place

I recieved my orginal order and reached out and spoke to someone because one of my blinds is a little too short. He told me that a return and replacement would not be a problem and someone would reach back "next Week' regarding the proocess. I never heard back from any one so I sent a follow up email and still never heard. So I called again when I had off over the weekend and someone answered but wasnt able to help me. I cannot make or take calls at work. They should be staffed to handle problems on a weekend

Ordering was very easy and sample colors matched very well. Shipping took longer than expected.

I ordered a pleated cell blind that should have been 33.625"W x 22"H but instead was 41" 33.625 x 41" - so I have a lot of extra blind that sits stacked up on the sill. Quality is otherwise fine.

The blinds are not completely straight at the bottom and after calling to get help, we did everything they said and they are still not straight.

The blind looks like the fabric is crooked. However, this appears to be due to the pattern in the fabric. This was not noticeable from the fabric sample.

Missing one of two blinds in shipment - problem because we’re moving. Asked to expedite fix and thought rep was helpful in getting new blind sent out, no response at all about my time crunch. Ended up having to ship to a friend to have to deal with on our behalf. Other experiences w/blindsgalore have been pretty good overall, but this one was a frustration and not resolved until we actually receive the blind.

The small bar on the left to select options/details is not very user friendly. It should be responsive to whatever device the user is on (I'm on desktop and it was still clunky). I had to re-enter all my name and address details when I had just placed an order last month - those details should already be there given my account had my purchase history. Overall, I liked my first order for the most part.
