We had a problem with our vertical blind, which was not resolved. The slats shipped with the blind hardware were flaring outward from the wall. I tried to clean the slats several times. Alex from Blindsgalore played middle man in this situation. The manufacturer kept asking for more photos of the problem. I sent the photos. The conversation went silent. I assumed they were not going to accept responsibility for shipping inferior blind parts. If you are wanting to purchase a blind, use Blinds.com.

Missing the Valance slides to be able to put the Valance on the blind of the 1st of the 2 blinds I ordered. Received 8 valance clips, but 0 valance slides.

The website states 6-7 days for shipping. We placed the order on 3/01/24 and didn't receive the order until 3/21/24. Even if it took 7 days to construct the blinds, it shouldn't have taken 17 days to deliver it to my home. The Blinds Galore website is deliberately misleading the consumer. The other websites that sell blinds and shutters give a truthful estimate of delivery time.

I just ordered my fourth set of vertical blinds. I’ve had great luck in the past with them all being inside mount with identical pulls to move the blinds. This time, they sent me hardware for outside mount. I called them immediately and they promised to send inside mounts FedEx to my house. I would assume that would be next day or at least two day because it was there a screwup but they still have not arrived and it is four days later. I also noted that the pull/wand was different than the others I ordered. All they had to do was copy my orders and use different measurements. Now they’re just ignoring me and I cannot put these blinds up because I don’t have the proper hardware. I would’ve just lived with the wand and said nothing but now I’m angry and don’t know where I’m gonna order the rest of my blinds from so they will match. Update: it’s been a week now and I have received two packages from blinds galore, both containing more outside mounts! I again asked for the inside mounts and they told me to take apart the outside mounts to get the inside mount part. The piece is riveted to a bar and I have no way to remove it so I asked them for a special tool. I really just want the inside mounts but these people refuse to pay attention or send me the things. These are really small items but the blinds will not go up without them. Absolutely absurd customer service and I have not heard from them since yesterday morning.

We ordered some blinds from this company. The sales person was excellent. One of the items came in with a damage and we have reached out to their service side. They made a note and said someone will reach back today to take care of, today was 3 weeks ago. Service side should be as important as sales side
