This company completely misrepresented the blinds I ordered. The pictures on their website showed the blinds with similar color brackets and hem bar. I was also told that the hardware would be the same color as the blinds. When the blinds arrived they were a strong black contrasting color from the shades themselves, making the blinds look cheap and hideous. When I contacted Blindsgalore I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty because it was an aesthetic issue. I’m out $3,600. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered one blind first to be safe before ordering three. I loved the product, but it was slightly too small. I immediately ordered three replacements and emailed customer service to exchange the original—something their website clearly says they allow. After five days of emails, they refused because I had used the word “return” instead of “exchange,” despite my intent being obvious and timely. When I called, customer service was rude and unhelpful. They also wouldn’t cancel my new order, claiming it was “too late.” I don’t trust companies that hide behind semantics to avoid honoring their own policies. Won’t use them again.

The blinds are too wide to fit my window. I have contacted customer service and sent a photo. Still waiting for a the problem to be fixed.

Got the blinds and the mounting hardware was useless so I had the get small wall anchors and shorter screws because the hardware was inadequate. After finally getting them installed the blinds would only close only one way and not very well at that. Don't waste your time, total junk. In the trash they go. The rep replied I could buy more expensive blinds if I wanted. Yeah right. Terrible way to up sale by selling junk in the first place,

The install instructions and video on their site no longer apply. You are supposed to stick screws through the header piece and screw them into the top of the window. The holes through that piece were so far out of alignment that I fought to get them through. That put the screws at a hellacious angle instead of them going straight up and through. The entire system, especially the lifting mechanism, is garbage! I wouldn't mind of I bought cheap shades and ran into problem, but 3 of these cost me $702. They are in San Diego and the box came with the ends all mangled up. Looking at the stickers on the box, I found one that said the product was made in Mexico. So, did Customs mangle the box? The instructions were dangling out of one end. The only thing that is OK on this order is the color. After that, they're junk.

Blinds are not true to size and the hardware is cheap plastic. I would not recommend Blindsgalore and nor will I ever purchase from the company again.

I have to manually bunch up the blind and rubber band it to the top because that gear innovation you supplied crapped out after about two days of using it.

blind does fit and can't talk to anyone to get it resolved
