Sunny C.
Non-professional work and service
The owner, Charlie Kim, here took the measurements himself, but after the product arrived and was installed, I was extremely dissatisfied with his installation work. He claimed that the window frame and wall weren’t perfectly level or plumb, so while he installed the right side of the shade head flush against the wall, he left a significant gap on the left side... It looked as if the shade was floating... When I pointed this out, he actually got angry... The role of a professional company is to account for such discrepancies in advance by taking precise measurements and making adjustments. However, when the dimensions don’t match during installation, instead of acknowledging his own installation errors or manufacturing defects, he tends to make excuses like “it’s because the building structure or window frame is warped,” raise his voice, and get angry... It was a very rude and unpleasant experience, and it wasn’t just utterly ridiculous—it was horrifying, as if I were dealing with someone with a personality disorder.. oh my god...
