BlestaReviews of blesta.com

Very poor assistance. They made a simple video, and the support agent kept saying, "Just follow the steps." The support person vanishes from the chat log if you seek for assistance in a way other than via video. really impolite behavior.

I want to share my experince with blesta, Since i installed blesta, i was confused, i gave it a chance, after 2-3 days i learned it, and found out it was much better than WHMCS, their features in blesta is so good that i cant see my self moving to other solutions. So keep the hard and good work blesta, and thank you to the community for helping me, and very nicely themes aviabile so i am very happy for using blesta, it supports what i need, for delevering Managed services, webhosting, VPS for my clients, and automate!

Excellent billing platform, we've been using blesta now for almost a decade. I'm not sure what these other commenters are going on about but Blesta is much better than those other billing platforms.

We all know the Blesta software is great. But what really matters is what kind of support is backing it. What do you do when you do run into an issue and you don't know how to resolve it? Well, Paul seems to live on the live chat and was able to hold my hand to get my botched blesta update fixed and running again in no time. Thank you again Paul.

Been using Blesta now for 9 years. Easy to make our own changes if we need to, can debug anything if needed, write our own modules/plugins - almost all the code is open, devs respond quickly via discord, more people should be using this.

Been using Blesta for years, It works! I don't worry about updates breaking absolutely everything, Theres still some features I'd like to see but it's getting there!

I find Blesta good on paper, but considering its price, I don't think it's acceptable to have such a terrible French translation. It's clear they used Google Translate, and it’s really unprofessional.

I have been using Blesta since 2010 and can say it's been reliable software for billing my clients. I don't use many of the features it has to offer, but I do use the billing portion of it. This is where it shines. Hundreds of my clients have used this system and I haven't gotten one complaint or question on how to use it. I have asked for support a few times when upgrading the software or moving servers and the support was good. I just submitted a ticket earlier today and got an almost instant response with a solution to my problem. Recommend!
