Great customer service and product

The Bible bag and small wallet is beautiful and both made incredibly well. I would definitely purchase another piece in the near future. The company reached out via email to check on the arrival of my purchase and wanted my honest opinion of their work, following up with customers is not only a great way to get feedback about their products and how well they are or are not doing, but the correspondence shows authenticity and that is not a characteristic trait of the Business Model in these days and times. I'm dealing with frustrating messages back and forth constantly. I received an extra bag. I DID NOT ORDER AMD WAS CHARGED FOR IT. The bags arrived later than I expected and now I'm just frustrated.

I love the Blessac bag I ordered. It’s the perfect size. All my books and Bible fit into the bag, and I still had room for the few personal things I like to carry with me. I am making the bag I ordered my “go to church bag.” The bag is beautiful and very well made. Now I’ll go back to Blessac and see what else I can find.
