Fast shipping even on holidays, ordered two custom teas as gifts, was able to try one of them and can confidently say they are very well made (the other one is going out of the country so I wont be able to try it at the moment) if you sign up for facebook message updates you'll get any info you need directly there (order number, tracking and delivery notice) i will DEFINITELY use this company again
