They handled the issue professionally and were very kind throughout the process. I really appreciate how they looked after me as a customer and offered a replacement. Great customer service and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I would definitely recommend Blemil!

We absolutely love our dual baby monitor from Blemil and cannot fault there customer services they’ve been out of this world! We emailed to say 6 months after opening our product as a gift it was not charging and within a matter of hours they’ve already issued out a new baby monitor to us! They’ve been absolutely incredible and I will 100% recommend to purchase their baby monitor as it is brilliant quality I think we just was a bad pick! We can’t wait for our new one to turn up and carry on with blemil!❤️

We've been using the Blemil 6" Split Screen Baby Monitor with 2 Cameras for over a year now, and it's been one of the best baby purchases we've made. Our favorite feature is the split-screen view, since we have two young boys in separate rooms. Being able to keep an eye on both of them at the same time without constantly switching between cameras is incredibly convenient, especially during naps and overnight. We also specifically wanted a non-WiFi monitor, and this one has been fantastic. We never have to worry about internet outages, app issues, or security concerns—it just works every time we turn it on. The video quality is clear both during the day and at night, the battery lasts a long time, and the signal has been reliable throughout our home. We've also used the pan/tilt feature often to check on the kids if they've moved around in their cribs. After more than a year of daily use, it's still working just as well as when we first bought it. If you're looking for a dependable baby monitor for multiple children and prefer a secure, no-WiFi setup, I would absolutely recommend this one.

I am very happy with the product and the after-sales service. We were gifted a Blemil BL9052 baby monitor, and it’s great: it has excellent night vision, different sound levels for the monitor, brightness control, an energy-saving system, a thermometer, and high/low temperature alerts that you can configure yourself. It also has lullabies, a two-way microphone to listen and talk back to the baby, a great range between the monitor and the camera, and—most importantly for me—it does not connect to Wi-Fi. I read several comments from mothers who had seen or heard strange things on their baby monitors, and I was terrified that someone could hack into my Wi-Fi and watch my daughter's camera. And as if that weren't enough, the after-sales service is top-notch: the camera was a gift from family members, so we didn't have a proof of purchase, and we lost the charger. Of course, without a receipt, we couldn't ask Amazon for anything, so I contacted the company directly to buy a replacement charger from them (I didn't want a standard generic one because those things usually end up damaging electronic products). Well, they offered to send us a replacement free of charge. We just received it, and they sent us two complete kits! I can't recommend this brand enough for everything: quality, price, and the availability of their after-sales service. Very, very happy!!!

I had a very positive experience with Blemil customer service. I needed an additional camera for my BL9052 baby monitor. Although there were some shipping issues at first, their support team was always polite and responsive. They worked with me to find a solution and eventually arranged a replacement shipment. I have now received the package and everything arrived in excellent condition. The camera paired perfectly with my existing BL9052 monitor and works exactly as I expected. I really appreciate their patience and willingness to help. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
