This company needs alot of work
This company needs alot of work. I hired them approximately 3 months ago. They promised to edit, format and place my book on multiple formats. I called them every day several times a day to complete the editing phase as they took months.
The owner told me his guy was sick and he took over, at times he worked, but only after I made numerous calls. Then the digital platform sent me an email of approval. Not even 12 hours later this company Blaze Publishing, called me for my privy account passwords to resize the cover of book. Then I received an email from digital platform that my book was removed? This was very stressful with the integrity and work I placed into this book.
I was unsure of what was going on by Blaze Publishing. Then to top everthing off I asked the owner to place my book on Barnes and Noble, and I would be satisfied. However,Barnes and Noble denied my book, because they said my publisher Blaze Publishing closed the account by placing non -returnable item. I called the company over a week at the end of this relationship and ask them to please place my book as returnable,so barnes and noble could have my book on their portal. They neglected to honor this request, then asked me fo more money a few times at the end of the relationship. A book when a writer ,author places so much work, and time on this project should be an enjoyable encounter when publishing. Blaze publishing made it very diificult and in the end I paid a sum of $250 basically to have my book published on Amazon only and the editing was in large done by myself. You can read my book and see there is mis spelling and unprofessional editing in some parts of the book. I am so sorry I had to do this review,I just do not want anyone to go through what I did. If you have any questions you may contact me for further reference thank you; and proof through our communications and text messages. The owner did show signs of ability and tried and some parts in the relationship, he just never followed through on his promises. Again, I am so sorry this has to be a negative feedback review. I told myself I would not do this however, I feel that you must look at other options before hiring this company.
Good luck to you, I am sorry Blaze Publishing, being honest goes a long way. My book is Cross-Out, Who Is His Own Worse Enemy.

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We respect every client's right to share their opinion, but we would like to clarify several points for the benefit of readers.
First, throughout the project, our team remained actively engaged with you for more than three months, providing publishing guidance, formatting support, revisions, distribution assistance, and ongoing consultation. The manuscript ultimately submitted was significantly larger and more complex than initially described, including substantially more pages and image content than originally communicated. Despite this, we continued working to help bring the book to publication.
Regarding platform approvals, removals, updates, and account notifications, these decisions are made by the respective publishing and distribution platforms, not by Blaze Publishers. When modifications are required, access to the relevant publishing accounts is often necessary so that requested changes can be implemented correctly.
We also want to note that publishing and distribution platforms have their own policies concerning returns, eligibility, metadata, and account settings. While we assist clients through these processes, final decisions are ultimately made by the platforms themselves.
Throughout our work together, we provided numerous consultations, answered questions, and offered guidance beyond the original scope of the project. Whenever additional services outside the agreed scope were requested, we explained any associated costs in advance, as is standard business practice.
We acknowledge that no company is perfect, and we continuously work to improve. However, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that we failed to make a genuine effort. We have extensive records of our communications and the work performed on this project and remain confident that our team acted professionally and in good faith throughout.
We sincerely wish you success with Cross-Out: Who Is His Own Worst Enemy and thank you for the opportunity to have been part of your publishing journey.

They should be honest and deliver on…
They should be honest and deliver on their contracts. They developed a website for me, charged me and I paid, but when I asked them for the credentials to the website and they have been dodging me.
Not on only that, they lied that they were in the US - Wyoming, specifically, but that was also untrue. Don't ever use them if you can avoid it.

We respectfully disagree with this claim and would like to place the facts on record.
The website was developed as a custom project for $400, fully in accordance with the agreed scope. All completed website files were delivered and made publicly accessible, which constitutes fulfillment of the contract. The agreement did not include hosting ownership, server credentials, or post-delivery management, and no such services were paid for.
Any suggestion of non-delivery is therefore inaccurate.
Regarding our location, we operate as a remote service provider working with international clients; no contractual obligation was tied to a specific geographic location.
We remain committed to professional standards and contractual compliance and are open to resolving any genuine concerns through proper communication.
