I placed an order for a Christmas gift that was not what I was expecting. It was my error. I called after Christmas and asked to return it and I was passed the 14 day return window. They will not work with me in any way. They just let me know I should have read the return policy beforehand. It was $100. Item. I am out the money.

Ordered December16th. They shipped immediately but it is the 30th and have not received them. Blazepods response is that holidays and weather has slowed shipping but they have not left the last location since Decwmber 21st. Roads are opened and there should be no problem getting here. Something else must have happened.

We want to return it. How do we go about doing that? Or who do we contact?

Was gifted a 6-pod set. I was very excited and had been looking at these for a long time for agility and shooting work. In use I have found the hit registration to be very inconsistent - you can give it a good slap and it won’t register and the next one will register a hit just by walking up to it. The connectivity seems a bit wonky as well, I arrived to the gym with them recently charged and one of them refused to work. I can live with these shortfalls. However, I was very disappointed to learn that when you pay 500$ for the “trainer” set you really only buy a demo version of the product and if you want to access even basic usable customisation you have to subscribe to their “pro” membership at 150$. This is unbelievably dumb and really handicaps the product. I would suggest that if they want subscription revenue that they sell custom programs and unlock full customisation for their customers.

Very expensive gears for very little exercises allowed without subscription. This is such a wrong business model. greed greed greed. Won't be giving you a great publicity There's nothing fancy about that product technology wise. Very easy to copy. Just some bluetooth connection between pods and a phone. I hope another cie comes into the market and get Blazepod market share by not scaming customers with membership fees.

The blazepods were expensive, but seemed worth it. However after I received them I discovered that an expensive monthly subscription is required to use them. They are almost useless without the expensive subscription. I used them once and they have been sitting on my shelf ever since. DO NOT BUY!

We just purchased the blazepods to trains our daughter who has some developmental challenges. The concept is great - but to our big surprise we have now discovered that on top of the price we paid for the 6 blazepods we also have to pay a really high subscription fee to actually be able to use the product. She is a child - and with challenges - so the few free standard exercises available are not suitable for her. We need the ability to be able to adjust. Such a disappointment :-(
