BlazePodReviews of blazepod.com

Køb ikke dette produkt, koster ud over købsprisen 1150 kr. for at kunne få adgang til de forskellige øvelser. Det er bare ikke i orden.

This company can't expect to survive. There attitude to customers to just awful. I'm €430 out of pocket. My order has failed to arrive on time (3-5 days shipping) and on day 10 now and counting. There was susposed to be order update emails and i havent received one. They dont answer emails either so there "contact us" about your order or issues email address is completely pointless. There website chat box is not answered either as i tried twice to talk with someone and no reponse. I've had to reply to one of there IG posts shaming them to get any contact with them and the apologies and reassurance my order would arrive on x date have come and gone and I'm still without my order and €430 poorer for it. Next step is onto the bank reporting fraud and starting all claims court action to recover my money. Also when ordering there web shop is very unclear if not just straight confusing. Webshop states delivery is free but the charges you €10 at checkout. Now if its free delivery in the UK only it should state that. The package tried to bought was trainer kit and it states pro membership included but then later says pro membership is discounted to £1 which means its not included in the trainer kit price and costs extra all be it just £1. Which is it blazepod ? Included or not, which is false advertising. I honestly have NO faith this company will survive long term. There prices are high which is fine if the products are good but there customers service is zero so the reputation will the same regardless of product. I hope Amazon or another larger company buys them and fixes the cost lower and service better as the technology concept is good.

Love the pods, but the website I bought them from in Norway said nothing regarding the fact the you need to purchase a membership to a way too high cost yearly. Paying 500$ for the pods and an extra 160$ yearly to use them is a robbery. I am really disappointed, and actually has changed my thoughts regarding recommendations of this product and told people not to purchase unless they are willing to the ridiculous price for the app. A people has changed their mind and decided not to buy them.

I haven't received the product yet!

I received only part of my almost $600 Blazepod order. Our athletic family was never able to try the product. The poor rating reflects after purchase support or lack there of. After too much time wasted on pointless communication on how to rectify this situation and consistently getting gaslit by company reps - I ended up sending my incomplete order back to them. Thankfully I received a full refund but even that seemed unnecessarily drawn out. Do better for your customers!

Leide sind die Blazepods ohne App unbrauchbar und der Support ist unterirdisch schlecht

I would rather enjoy throwing my money in the garbage then dealing with such a nonsense company , I have never wrote a review in my life , this being my first , just to show how bs the service and there “ info@blazepods really is . They asked my review and contact information 10 different times and I sent it , I have already been charged my customs feees which never got refunded for 150 dollars nor did I receive the product . Seeens there is over 20 1 star reviews from unhappy ppl like myself . Don’t RECOMMEND dealing with such a low budget company .

I returned the items I purchased, not interested in any other items for this company
