Expensive. Also need a subscription to use the app. Not worth the money

have to purchase subscription to do most things, very disappointing considering the initial outlay of the cost

I bought six pods with charger and harnesses in 2019. I never really used them but decided to in 2023. I unpacked them and updated the app. I put them on charge and only three lit up and only 3 show in the app. There’s no damage on the 3 pods that are ‘dead’. I contacted ‘support’ sent pictures and my explanation and I think it was a bot I was talking to as responses were repetitive, not intuitive. Anyway, the result is Blazepod can’t fix the dead pods, they have no service department. I don’t have and won’t buy a subscription, because I think it’s a flawed business model and now I know they have no service department and will only sell me more pods to replace the duds, I’m done with Blazepod. Don’t waste your money. Any company that can’t service £240 worth of their equipment is sketchy. I’ve received a ‘bot’ response from Blazepod but don’t be fooled by it. They have no intention of doing anything to help as I’ve contacted them on email and they have no interest. Responses to negative feedback is designed to appease not to take positive action BEWARE.

I swear this product preys on people who have kids with disabilities. I spoke to the BlazePod rep who did a great job selling the benefits to me. What she didn’t mention was the ludicrously high subscription price on top of the very high initial cost. The pods are unstable and useless without the “optional” base. The pods don’t always respond when you tap them. The pods are cheap looking and feeling. Run a mile. Do not buy.

I was made hip to the world of BlazePods in the beginning of 2022. At that time I was going to buy them but then I convinced myself that it was too expensive. So fast forward to beginning of 2023 I needed some retail therapy and there so happen to be a 20% off code for BlazePods in my email. Well I bought em. $448. Do I regret it? At the time NO but now 2 weeks later YES! You have to be a paying member in order for your Pods to really be fully functional if you have more than 3. If you want to create any exercises. That's the only thing I was gonna use them for to create the same exact exercises my Neuro Physical Therapist has me doing over the last whole year and still currently. I think BlazePod should offer just a simple basic free with App where you can make say a set # of workouts (5 and up to 6 Pods and 6 colors) Then charge for the preset workouts and if you want more than 10 workouts and be able to export your tracking record. If your thinking about it there is other cheaper alternatives out there.

Awful product charging a fortune for a subscription, they'll be out of business in no time with this business model, buy the pods add 80% as part of the purchase and maybe 20% asan elite subscription otherwise don't waste your money with these clowns

Ich habe die BlazePods für über 400€ im Paket gekauft. Leider habe ich es. Ich geschafft, sie unmittelbar zu nutzen. Leider erfordert die ernsthafte Nutzung nun einen Pro Account für satte 15€ im Monat. Ohne den ist nichts individualisiert nutzbar, vieles gar nicht. Für einen scheinbar automatisch angelegten Account wird jetzt auch noch das Pro Abo abgebucht, ohne das es jemals Zugabgsdaten gab.
