I had an issue with a few of my Blazepods and the customer service team was fantastic in responding to my issues and sent me replacement product in a timely manner. I love the options the Blazepods give me for training with my teams and doing individual skill work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They work great and the connection in surprisingly very good. We use them several times a week for my son's recovery.
