We love the blazepods and use them every day in our physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic. Clients love them and we can measure the outcome. They are expensive, but worth it. Out total spend has been close to $1000 Unfortunately I didn't check off all of the items in the box on arrival. It wasn't until months later when looking at the exercises on instagram that I saw elastic straps could be used to attach to boxing bags/posts - amazing! This would expand the use to other areas. I searched online and couldn't find these straps. Then when making another purchase, I realised that these were in fact meant to be in the pack that I had ordered and received. With the new order, I asked if these could be included. The postage to Australia is over $30 and I thought good opportunity to receive these straps without additional postage. I was initially told, no, as I didn't notify Blazepods of the missing straps there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me. After some to-ing and fro-ing Blazepod did get in touch and offer to ship out these straps for free. I do take responsibililty for not checking that all items were present on their arrival. If you get the pods - check your boxes guys!

The pods are amazing. Very useful in getting the youth sports team I coach excited about doing training as the interaction correlates to their interests in a "video game like" situations. The pods come well packed and the bundles offer good value. The only reason for 4 opposed to 5 stars is because there is not very helpful instructions to get started once you open the box. It is a little "figure it out" / "visit our website" to get moving. Also, the limited amount of free drills is frustrating after spending a fairly significant investment in the technology. There should be tiered options for website subscription levels. Again, I am not a training pro that needs 100% of features, but could use more options as a youth sports coach at a resonable level of spend. Regardless, I would purchase these again and recommend for other youth sport coaches.

Awesome product, so far. The purchase experience was easy and the pods arrived within about 3 days. I used them for the first time the other night and the app and pods worked perfectly. I am still figuring our how best I want to apply them to my training, but I am happy so far with the purchase. (only gave 4 stars because I have had limited use and experience to give a full start rating)

Of the 6 pods in my pack, one was dead right out of the box. I have not tried them yet, but it’s not a good first impression for something that costs hundreds of dollars. I contacted tech support, and it was a waste of time… they were obsessed with the cable and usb charger even though the other 5 pods were charging just fine. Update: it took more effort than it should have, but BlazePod is replacing the broken one. The whole family really loves the product overall, and even my 18 month old gets in on the fun.

First of these things are great! Really like the functionality and creating new exercises is great! Connecting them to your phone is quick and easy! Now for a bit of criticism. Micro USB? In 2022? Large fail. Really disappointed this isn't usb c. Seconely when you open the app and create an account it asks what exercises you are into so I pick badminton and weight lifting. Now it's as if any other exercise has dropped off the earth. There is a search function but no drop down menu to look into other exercises. I enjoy it being catered to me but now I feel a bit silly for not choosing everything. The search function is borderline useless as unless you know the exercise you are looking for name you won't find anything. However. Minor points I feel these are quick fixes

Good product. Poor warranty and not transferable. Sometimes the pods aren’t properly working when tapped. If they get that 100% tap rate then the product will be perfect. App is great with plenty of pre-made exercises and super customizable.

So far so good. Setting up new drills through the app is incredibly easy all the while having many options available. Topnotch combination between programmability and easy user friendly interface. The "hit sensitivity" update today was also a game changer. Have not had any unregistered/missed hits since. The integration of these pods is going to be a game changer from family activities to focus and sport specific coaching drills. The only reason I only gave 4 stars and not 5 is due to visibility in bright day light. I tries with default blue as the color for a soccer keeper drill but visibility was too difficult to use in the bright sun. Another color might work better, but it the light was just not bright enough to see clearly, with the pods in the grass.
