I need help using the ones I bought
I need help using the ones I bought. It's impossible to figure out how to use them for other "games" for my senior population. When I reached out and asked for help over the phone, I was told you didn't have that type of help available and that I should "refer to the app" that I now pay $10/month for that I never use. The worst $1,500 I ever spent. Wish I never bought it.

Doesn't work
I purchased my Blazepods 6 months ago. One pod has never worked, the light never turns off despite how hard you hit it. I have asked for assistance numerous times, none of this has fixed the issue! It still doesn't work and nothing is being done to replace the pod that is faulty.

We have not yet received our blazepod
We have not yet received our blazepod. It is now one month and three messages and we are still waiting. I don’t get it. Once you knew they had not arrived you have had plenty of time to resolve this issue. I am very frustrated as my son was very excited about his Christmas present.
