The product arrived in good shape. I did have to resync the pods for them all to be read by the app. I am a little confused on the limited use of exercise workouts for the money we invested. Do we have full access to the entire Blazepod library or just limited use of a few exercises and are expected to buy the monthly subscrition. I feel for costs consumers would have a couple months of unlimited use of all accessible programs in the app not have them locked out - i.e. - 90 day trial or something unlimited access.

We have used blaze pods for about a year and love them. We decided to get more to have 1 set upstairs, and 1 set downstairs, but so far this has only caused more issues as you can not link sets to a location or diffferent set names. This is very limiting as we have ultiple practitioners who would like to use the pods at the same time but can not.

I was never sent code to activate membership that was supposed to be included with my purchase..submitted the issue to the BlazePod support team. They were highly responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issue.

I absolutely love the Blazepods! They add in a whole new dynamic of training for my personal training clients. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was because it took almost 2 weeks to get delivered. Granted, it was around Christmas, but it still said 3 to 4 days of shipping. I liked them so much that the day they came I ordered an additional 2 pods plus some more accessories

I would have given 5 stars if they had given me a certificate of origin so they wouldn't charge me so much at the aduana

Great technology for my Parkinson’s patients but the charging is very spotty and battery life isn’t great unless I charge every night

The pods are excellent at reaction time training. Truly is making a difference for me. And it is pretty entertaining and engaging The one thing I really dislike is that a pro membership is required to use most of the pre-built training exercises or custom exercises. So that gets expensive! I get the business case for recurring revenue but since I just paid $300+ for the 4 pods, I don’t want to have to add another $150-$200 each year
