Had an issue with the charging pad
Had an issue with the charging pad. The team worked with me to define the issue. While the pad was out of warranty, the team gave me a discount on a replacement and it arrived quickly.

My POD charging point was damaged and costumer service promptly helped me by sending me a replacement POD in less 24h. Costumer services was OUTSTANDING.
