BlazePodReviews of blazepod.com

The product is great. Well built, and sturdy. But.... after spending $400 on the pods and having limited programs to chose from and asking me to sign up for a year membership to access the bells and whistles like being able to build my own program or editing the limited ones I am able to choose from is a kick in the pants! I would like the ability to edit or modify or build my own without having to pay for an additional subscription. At least or at a bear minimum allow users to edit the limited FREE programs !!! :(

A simple functionality of a “date” is not included.

Great product

I really dislike having to pay to have the App. The kit was expensive and I feel like I am getting ripped off by having to pay annually to stay connected. I

I didn’t do enough research to realize that I would be locked out of so many things without subscribing.

The monthly fee to unlock a majority of the settings for the pods is very disappointing.

Used the BlazePod and a couple of times at the rehabilitation centre. Great fun to work with they are very sturdy. I wanted to buy a set for myself for training at home but decided not to because of the ridiculous commercial setup. When you buy something you expect to own what you buy and be able to use it. When you buy a set of six pods, you can only operate four, you need a very expensive subscription model to be able to operate all six. Most training programs are also not available unless you buy the subscription. A subscription model is equivalent to renting, including warranty. I would be willing to pay a subscription model if I don’t have to buy the pods and can return them after for example 6 months use. But when I buy something I’m expecting to be able to use it fully. This company has a weird interpretation of economics.
