BlazePodReviews of blazepod.com

The product is fine. Without the subscription though, the system is pretty much useless! Only purchase this if you want to pay the monthly fees to have access to all of the different programs.

The only positive thing I can mention is the shipping time. It got to me quicker than multiple items I purchased in Australia. As for everything else, I was extremely disappointed. Communication was lacking, I didn't receive a call when told I would. They took far too long to reply to emails and when they CCd me I to an email to their Australian partner to help with a purchase here I never heard anything back from them. Nowhere on the Facebook link that I clicked did it state US$ until I went to confirm payment and then didn't tell me what it would be deducting from my bank which ended up with it costing $60 more than the allocated budget.

Standard exercises/drills aren't very imaginative. They then bill you for monthly membership fee with no way to stop. Major hassle.

I bought a set of Blaze Pods and the wall mount kit. I had some trouble charging my Blaze Pods and Blaze pod were very helpful. However, one of the wall mount kit suckers does not suck very well, the pod falling off the wall after a few minutes. I have contacted Blaze Pod several times about this, but have been completely ignored. I suppose I'm meant to buy another pair?? Since Blaze Pods are expensive, I was not happy to find I also have to pay a monthly fee to be able to use the app as well as I need to. I am a sports trainer. I also find the number of drills on the app disappointing. My clients do like the Blaze Pods very much. But find hitting them to score the point rather frustrating - rather a hit and miss affair. However, they do like getting a score at the end of that drill. I also have the Switched On app. In many ways, this app is superior.

Too confusing Too complex

I like the pods and seem to function well however they try to force you to buy the monthly membership. Most of the presets you have to purchase membership and even when try to create your own programs they try to force you to purchase membership. Not happy and due to poor ability to create individual programs I wouldn’t recommend

the pods do not mount easy with the straps and holder and on already broke (holder). There is not much for reaction and that was the reason I got them for goalie work for lacrosse.
