I have the blazepod cones (2 sets) on order for over one month. The shop site says they are out of stock. Are they making anymore? Are they cancelled? What is the status of their production and arrival to the shop? when can I expect their arrival at my address? I don't have any trust if anyone is tracking my order to my address?

Don’t see it’s adding value.

Honestly just very disappointed in the product. Was expecting at least a functioning device but had a lot of connection issues both indoors and outside. Device was also in close proximity. Aside from the consistently poor connection, there’s also two noticeable issues I experienced. 1) even when the pod is tapped clearly with a hand the hit doesn’t register and requires and second tap 2) sometimes when I start a round, only one colour appears (one vs one games) Although the supports responds quickly, none of the solutions solved the issues. The quality just absolutely does not match the price. You're better of buying a different brand or a cheap knock off. It will probably have better functionality. Have already been in touch with support multiple times from September. As stated above, while I appreciate the speed in response from support none of the solutions solved the issues.

I purchased the BlazePod system in 2021 for €400, expecting a premium product designed for athletes. The system initially worked fine, but within a few months, three out of six pods stopped functioning despite minimal use. I reached out to customer service repeatedly, only to be met with excuses and no real help. Recently, they informed me that they do not offer repairs—paid or otherwise—and suggested I buy a new system instead. This is unacceptable for a product marketed as professional equipment for athletes. Nowhere on their website does it state that BlazePod is a disposable product that cannot be repaired after one year. This lack of transparency is misleading and feels like a betrayal of trust, especially at this price point. For €400, I expected durability, reliability, and proper support. If you’re considering purchasing BlazePod, think twice. This company doesn’t back its products and seems uninterested in resolving issues. As an athlete, I regret choosing BlazePod, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they improve their product quality and customer service.

Like a lot of people, I find the monthly subscription to use the functionality of the app disgusting. The product is bloody expensive, I can't believe after managing to persuade myself to spend the money that I now have to pay around a $150 a year. I refuse to add another monthly subscription to my outgoings. The monthly subscription model is out of hand. It was hard enough parting with the initial few hundred but you convince yourself that once it's done it's done and your child will have a good training product. But then you discover that the greedy tossers want more money every month just so you can change a number or value in a field on a screen that literally costs them nothing to allow you to do this.

The devices were easy to use, but the fact a premium monthly subscription is required to do a lot of the activities is absurd. More activities should be unlocked at a free level.

Teurer Schrott, der auch noch ein ebenfalls teures Abo auslöst. Und wofür? Ein paar lächerliche LED-Akkulampen mit Bluetooth. Der Preis isz ca. 400% überzogen und das Abo ist eine Unverschämtheit. Außerdem muss man sich registrieren und unnötige Daten angeben. Das ganze Zeug geht zurück. Lächerlich!
