Perfekt Product Perfekt Service Thx

Outstanding service, great quality product

Great customer service, responded quickly via email. I prefer speaking to someone live over the phone but BlazePod responded in a timely manner and resolved the issue, that will work too!

Very good. An excellent tool to complement my training sessions.

Ideal im Fußball Training, auch für die Kids.

Customer service was responsive and able to solve my issues efficiently.

I contacted blazepod online chat to query the cones and cone adapters. We had noticed they were not very secure and would fall off. Through the chat I was answered straight away and asked to send a video. From this I received amazing advice to push the adapter further down the cone and it would lock better. I was also sent a picture as to what this should look like. I did this straight away and it worked. I was reluctant to do this initially as I didn’t know if the plastic would snap etc but it was totally fine and made an immediate difference. The service I received was so prompt concise and friendly I came away feeling well supported hence this review. It is sadly very rare nowadays to get this kind of service and care and attention so credit where credits due. Fantastic advice and highly recommended

Delivery perfect. Quality of the product
