I don't like the continual payments being require for use of the product.

Blazepods are well made and have plenty of options available in the App. However, without locking you into an expensive annual subscription, customization, saving custom routines and flexibility are restricted allowing only basic functions. This was not clearly explained on the website prior to purchase. This is an expensive piece of equipment and having to pay an additional expensive ongoing annual subscription to go beyond very basic functionality is just not acceptable without a clearly worded warning to potential buyers BEFORE purchasing.

I had a small issue with pro membership not activating. I reached out to customer service and a couple hours later they resolved my issue. Thanks. Their product is great. I just don’t like how you need a pro membership in order to be able to take full advantage of what you paid for. The free version is almost useless if you don’t have pro. They limit almost everything that you can possibly do with this product making it useless unless you have pro:( if it wasn’t for that this review would have been 5/5. Respectfully.

I understand the subscription model for monthly services. Especially for the high end videos etc. However when you spend a large upfront cost on the items, and I can’t create and save my own light setup to run my own individual programs this is EXTREMELY disappointing and leaves me unsatisfied with the product. Feel like disabling this primary function without a monthly fee is highway robbery and a scam. Sorry I can’t recommend this product due to this.

The product itself works really well. Though I knew that certain features were "premium", it is still disappointing to spend a lot of money on hardware and have limited access due to software. I would rather pay even more up front and have full access to all the features available.

The return policy should be expand to at less one month. I brought it as a Christmas present and the 14 days was over before the family got to use it. I want to return just the wall mounts but I was too late. Nancy Stretch’s family does love the games.

Summary: Great idea, ok product, subscription required, miserable app experience. Review: This product is amazing if you disregard total cost. However, at €600 (6 pods with stabilizers) you would think you could use the product as it is advertised, however, that is not the case. The usable features of this product is hidden behind a PRO SUBSCRIPTION that sets you back - hold tight - €150/year, this is more than my Netflix subscription! For example, A simple thing like SAVING YOUR TRAINING PROFILE can only be made with the PRO VERSION. This means that without PRO you need to create your training profile EVERY SINGLE TIME. Think about it: You want this product to last 5 years. Now, you want the ability to restart your last session, the total cost will be €1.350 and if you want to use this product for 10 years, that will be an incredible amount of €2.100! And every year another 150 needs to be added. Just for the ability to save your profile. That is a lot of training equipment that could be bought instead. There are 5 different program styles but only 1 is accessible for the FREE VERSION. All the other 4 requires PRO VERSION. There are many included programs but no one can be changed without PRO and many are very similar with little changes overall. Imagine if you buy a Garmin Fitness Watch and the app only allows you to run marathon. That is what BLAZEPOD is. It only allows you to exercise 1 of 5 different styles, which is called Random. Even though BLAZEPODs is useful to more or less any athlete, it is clearly directed towards professionals and not the small club or home user, because for that this product is far too expensive. The danger is also, once you have started the PRO VERSION and wants to end it, then it will delete all your profiles, and you will return to STONE AGE again where you have to manually create your routine every single time. Such a pity to an otherwise excellent idea. I wanted to buy a couple of sets for our club, but this is the first and only time we will buy it. The App experience is a peak disappointment and makes me pissed off just by thinking about it.
