I didn't get any new services. I cancelled my subscription. Then you asked why as if it's any of your concern. I'm getting really frustrated with your company!

I have had the BlazePods for about a year now. I saw a lot of reviews and flew to Greece to be able to get them since they were not available in Cyprus. Unfortunately I did not realize that to use them I would have to pay 100 Euro a year to just be able to save an activity I made. And every time I try to create an activity most of them are pro only and only 1 or 2 are available for free. I wanted to use them as an educational tool but I cannot do anything useful with them.

Whilst the hardware is decent quality the app required to be able to use them properly comes with a hefty subscription! The games on the free version are just a teaser and non customisable rendering the hardware pretty useless without the pro subscription. Price is not priced for non-professional home users. After the initial fun wore off they just sat at home going to waste because I refused to keep paying nearly $10AU per week for something that might not get used for a week or three. They went on market place in less than a year. Also the clips for mounting them are too rigid and break quite easily and are also expensive to replace. Also the pods can not be turned off so you need check them regularly to make sure they don’t go dead flat and kill the battery which are not user-replaceable they need to be returned to factory to get batteries replaced. There are versions on amazon that are much better value without all the extra costs. Had I known this I would never have purchased Blazepods

I still haven’t received the products and it’s been nearly a month. No one from support has reached out after I’ve reached out to find out where my order is.

Asked if a promotion was better for me, ended up paying more than advertised.... Basic app functionally are subscription based,....

The access provided without a subscription is not worth the purchase.

Been waiting 30+ days for a refund! Tired of emailing a bot or AI

For an expensive training equipment, another scam is to pay for a subscription to utilize it's full potential. What a waste of money. Should I have known, I never have purchased it.
