The agent who helped me was was kind, caring, and professional.

Great service. I ordered the wrong accessoire, and without any hustle, i could exchange the item, even after the 14day return policy. Very good and fast communication

BlazePod went Above and Beyond When giving feedback about services, the team sought a way to best satisfy my company's needs and succeeded in giving a great experience

When making the choice to go with Blazepod for the purpose of cognitive training and mindfulness coaching in a high performance sports setting. I connected with customer service with a handful of question during the shopping process. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of in a timely manner. They quickly gave me the confidence to make the purchase. I have only been using the product for a day, but have really been enjoying it and look forward to all I will be able to do. I can not wait to share these with my student-athletes.

I’m a professional racing driver and instructor too, this is an amazing feature for training and for the body activation before the racing. And btw my kids love too! They are playing while exercising. Love it!

Very quick customer help. In very short period of time I was able to result my issue. Very satisfied.

Amazing customer support. We had a faulty unit which was very quickly and efficiently dealt with by sending a replacement pod without any hesitation. But the most impressive thing was that the responses were over the weekend between Christmas and New Year.
