I love the blazepods, I really do!! BUT within my first year I had to have replacements sent out as they just kept breaking (little charging pin would snap so easily), and I really looked after them, kept them in a case etc. After they broke one by one again I was told I'm out of my warranty so would have to pay to replace them (at £70 per pod). So I paid over £300 for a years use and now tgey are broken and completely useless. Absolutely gutted as I loved them when they were working!

Finger weg! Wenn ihr ein Huawei oder Opoo Handy habt. Funktioniert nicht. Ich Warte ausserdem seit Wochen auf die Antwort vom Support bezüglich der Rückgabe. Nicht zu empfehlen

Not so much about the product as I haven’t received it yet . Someone from the Delivery service whatsapped me today and is holding it until I pay ransom of $63 which I find extremely odd..
Response from BlazePodNov 10, 2021
Hi there Johnson. The fee you are referring to is a customs fee, which is determined based on the country you are shipping to. As you live in Hong Kong, customs are needed before delivering the product. We do apologize for the inconvenience and are here if you have any further questions!
