its a gimmick, I paid 399$ for the pods and if I want to use them I have to pay another 194$/year of membership.

Huge membership fee for app use not mentioned anywhere!!! £14 pm is crazy after already spending £400 and no mention of it anywhere on the website. Pods are also poorly responsive.

So far the order process has been horrible because of the USPS and I need your help getting this order to me! It was in Los Angeles on the 7th, then they shipped it past my house in Temecula to San Diego the same day, then back past my house again to San Bernardino the same day. It has sat there for two days and now it is at another distribution center in san Bernardino. I’m about ready to just have you cancel the order because this is ridiculous. I know you can’t control what the usps does but you may want to look into another carrier

Blazepods only offers a 14 day refund policy. Had repeated difficulty with pod reliability and after messing with it for a month trying various “fixes” - company still denied refund!

BlazePod finally got back to me (see review further down in the one start ratings). My BlazePods still do not work properly after the latest software update and BlazePod offers no solution to my BlazePod issues. It appears as though BlazePod is trying to tell me the BlazePods miscount by design. Here is BlazePod's explanation: "The new way we measure lets the Pod itself measure the time, which makes it much more accurate and consistent. You manage to get fewer taps since we also added a short (post-tap) verification time to make sure we properly identified the correct tapped Pod while on the same surface. We hope it’s clear and makes sense." No BlazePod your explanation doesn't make sense. After the software update, if I hit 70 times, BlazePod registers in the mid-50s making my BlazePods’ count inaccurate and inconsistent. Maybe I should just hit slower, so the BlazePod app can keep up. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

You did not clearly state there would be duty on this coming to Canada, nor how much that would be, I cancelled the order

I don’t really understand yet. There are not many test and instructions on the app. For the money I don’t think is worth it yet.
