This is a company that just wants to make money. I bought it more than a year ago. At that time, the app was free to use no need to pay subscription fee. Now all the functions of the app that can be used in the past are locked and require an annual subscription fee to unlock the function I expect to use, even the training I designed by myself. If you don’t pay subscription fee your pod become garbage. At that time, when I spent $700 to bought the 6 pods, it was not such a limited product and it was not say have to pay annual subscription fee later. also there was no charge for any or custom training. I bought it for only training with my children, and now it has become a toy that requires $229 a year to play for only rarely used. it is not only pro trainer to use this products. the subscription fee is ridiculous expensive for family or many volunteer coach, we only try to create fun game to kids. This subscription is more expensive them any subscription such as Xbox subscription or MS office 365 subscription. It is kids coach to recommend us to purchase, I will never recommend anyone to buy or use it again.

I have not received my order, I placed my order 20 days ago. I have not been given clear information of when I might receive my order. I can’t find a contact phone number. Got this via email … “This means that your order has been shipped and will be shipped soon.” It doesn’t make any sense. Hopefully I will get my order.

Paid 350€ for the pods and I can’t use them unless I pay 175€/year or 17,50/month after 7-day free trial. Unbelievable ripoff..

Absolutely distraught by the price and wants to end himself due to this. This product is batty! Joe likes men cheers sons crying

Not good for outdoors in the sun light.

I think the idea is amazing and the product is fun. I received my package and one of the Blazepod was defective. It would not take a charge. Then days went on chasing my tail sending messages to get a replacement…. Tech fails sometimes, I get that, however the lack of responsiveness and the lack of connecting me to the correct person was very irritating. They do not have a contact number so you have to message them and wait for a response. I was asked the same robot formulated questions multiple times and it became so frustrating. Then I found out you have to buy an annual pass to the app they use to advertise (if I want to make modifications and use it for soccer specific exercises. So you pay $500 for a product that can only play a couple games unless you want to pay $150/year. That would have been nice to know up front. They should have been very clear that only a couple activities can be used without a $150 fee/year. Very disappointed in the company and how inefficient they were with the replacement of their defective piece. Due to this time delay I could not use the device and try it out with the complete set before the 14 day trial to decide if I wanted to keep the system of return it. I also feel that the fees need to be upfront.

Without an expensive membership this is a useless product. You cannot save an activity you made within the app. That only is possible whenn you pat a lot. If you pay €440 for 6 pods and you have to pay €167 a year to save your excersises it it is rediculous.

Product never arrived. Chased the support team and they requested my address AGAIN which I provided and they assured me they would have fixed with their logistics team. Still no products have arrived and no-one has cared to follow this up. More emails sent to rectify. Would love either the product or a full refund. Extremely disappointing!!
