Delivered incorrect item and refused to acknowledge any error despite the evidence of the invoice. Unable to communicate with customers and use generic responses which are inappropriate for the product. Their response referred to trousers when the purchased item was a log splitter. They are undoubtedly a scam based company. Buyer beware
