BlazcquaintReviews of blazcquaint.com

The advertised product is extremely difficult to play and not as advertised. After checking their refund policy I asked for a refund and they replied: " I have no right to resend or refund you. The only thing I can do is to compensate you as much as I can. Can I offer you a compensation of 3USD? I hope you can accept it. Wish you all the best" It is a scam. They advertised and promised things which are false and can not stand behind. If the product will not be refunded me and my community will expose their lies and cheat.

Ordered this pocket sax and immediately realised that better products at cheaper price and quicker delivery could be bought on Amazon UK or other sites. I contact the sellers almost immediately afterwards I'd ordered and was told I couldn't cancel the order as it had been shipped and I should wait until it was received and they would help me. The price they originally stated incl shipping/ins/postage was $41.63 (£33.03) But they Billed for $49.96 .(£39.50) The bill totals didn't even add up correctly. The item arrive 3 weeks later in a flimsy package with Chinese instructions and I was further disappointed that I could have a similar or better standard item from £16 to £19.99 on Amazon. I contacted them again and said I was dissatisfied and wanted to return they the item for a refund. They asked for photos which I sent and got the following reply: If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you. So how about we refund you 4USD as compensation and you keep the products? This is clearly a SCAM and others should be warned. BEWARE of Blazcquaint. Company Name: LANDBASE TRADING CO.,LTD

I wish i'd come here first. I bought €62 worth of goods and they debited $75 from my card. They then did not answer my emails.

IT IS A SCAM. Clear and simple. You pay for a product that never arrives. The respond with automated never-ending excuses in order for you to get sick and desist.

Company claims to ship from US (Austin TX) but when I inquired about the shipping state it actually was sent from China. Instructions are very ambiguous (bad translation from Chinese I guess). And the thing sounds awfully bad. Nowhere near how the FB promotional video sounded like. It is just really bad. I got this confirmed by an actual (alto) saxophone player. It's got 9 holes - and they are placed illogically close to/or far from each other.

This is just a scam. No item received and all attempts to get help are met with standard responses such as "I'm sorry...", "We've contacted shipping...", "Just relax..." Be smart; stay away.

Twenty weeks to get product. Once it arrived it was the wrong product. No returns. Total rip-off.
