MISLEADING!
MISLEADING! Text & pictures of a beautiful HAND CARVED wooden wall plaque, but they sent an ugly plastic CHEAP CAST with uneven thickness and SMALLER than the original shown. ISSUES ARE textually DENIED AND DISMISSED but still, after some mails to and fro, a REFUND (partial instead of promised full) was made.

I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction. Since our products are made by hand, we cannot get everyone's praise, but we have tried our best to do it well. I wish you a happy life.
