We find this claim quite misleading. We have not banned anyone from our Discord server for criticizing support, and in fact, we currently do not have any banned users at all. So this is such an obvious fabricated review, left by a user who has clearly never dealt with us. We welcome constructive feedback and understand that not every experience will be perfect. However, false accusations about moderation actions only create unnecessary confusion for other customers. Our support team continues to respond to tickets daily, and we remain committed to providing updates and assistance for all active products.

The review is quite ridiculous considering all product features are clearly listed on our store pages before purchase. We make every effort to keep product information accurate and up to date, and all products are updated accordingly when changes occur. Making false claims about features “not working” while ignoring the publicly listed feature sets only misleads customers. We stand by the transparency of our listings and the quality of the products we provide.
