Very Disappointed

Absolutely horrendous experience. I ordered my blanket at the beginning of November. Shipping took over a month... I would have been willing to forgive this if the product that arrived was what I had actually ordered! The size and quality were shocking. It was at least only a third of the size of what was advertised online. There were frays in the wool, it gives off little fibres whicb get everywhere and was just generally not what I was expecting to get. I have attempted contacting the customer service team on a number of occasions, to which I have received no reply. I am now £40 down with this hideous blanket lying around my house that I don't even want. I am only keeping it in the slim hope that I can one day return it for a full refund

The quality and size would be comical if I hadn't already ordered 4, waited 2 months and was going to use them as Christmas gifts. I truly wish I would have looked at reviews first. They look NOTHING like the beautiful chunky item in the photos. And king size. LOL..as others have said, crib sized, and I wouldn't use it for that due to the shoddy quality and loose ends. A child's head could get through the loops and be an asphyxiation hazard. They are horrible!! I have reached out to see what their refund policy is. If not satisfactory, I will reach out to PayPal as well. Do not order these. Save your hard earned money!

I hate that I did not see the reviews before ordering from this company. I saw the blankets on Instagram and then went to the website thinking it was legit. Sadly mistaken. I too requested a refund for a item that I have not received and ordered over a month ago. I too was told no. Totally frustrated with this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't buy this 'blanket'. It is not as advertised. NOT KING SIZED. Not even twin sized. I was born bigger and arrived faster than this waste of money did. Also, Jeffery Epstein didn't kill himself. This 'blanket' did.

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. PLACED AN ORDER ALMOST A MONTH AGO, NO SHIPPING NUMBER ISSUED. MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS AT CONTACT, ALL RESPONDED TO WITH A CANNED EMAIL. I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND THEY RESPONDED BY SAYING SINCE THE ORDER WAS IN FULLFILLMENT STATUS, NO REFUNDS ALLOWABLE, NO CANCELLATIONS.

I would like to leave no stars. The worst blanket and experience! It is grossly misrepresented. I foolishly ordered two king sized knit blankets. They arrived a month later and are not large enough for a small child’s throw blanket. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!!!! Total scam and totally will steal your money and send you a rag. This site should be removed!!!!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I was scammed. Ordered this blanket in the beginning of November and did not receive until mid December. Website stated 5-7 business days for shipping. I work in Distribution and deal with international shipments, so I expected a delay, but not a month plus. I ordered a king size and the blanket arrived was 54” diagonal. I contacted the company and have yet to get a response.
