Scam!!!!!! Ordered King Size. Blanket was 30 inches by 30 inches. No response from blanket fly support

Ordered this blanket on Black Friday as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It never came and shipping info is a joke. Other than it leaving China, there is no other info avaliable. After several weeks and many emails going unanswered, I decided to dispute the charges with my bank. While on the phone with my bank they informed me they have received several calls regarding this company and how many have been scammed. While looking at other reviews for those that have gotten their "blanket" the "king size" they ordered seems to be a tiny size that clearly is not a king. I will stick to Amazon from now on! Buyer beware! Do not order unless you want a headache!

This has to be the worse company. They used a Chinese company (4PX) as the delivery service and there is know way of getting in touch with them as everything is in chinese. At that, they said the delivered the product to my house and we were here at the time and never had anyone leave a package. Complete sham. I would never do business with this company again and BlanketFly will not get back with me neither after billing me for the product.

SCAM!!!! The king size is the size of a bath towel. I contacted customer service where they claimed they had made an error and would send the correct size. After weeks and weeks I finally received my replacement throw that actually was smaller than the first one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Totally deceiving and a total joke. They must have sewn 8 to 12 of these together for the photographs in the advertisement. FACE BOOK, INSTAGRAM, GOOGLE, AND ALL OTHER ONLINE ADVERTISERS NEEDS TO BAN DECEPTIVE COMPANIES LIKE THIS. BE A HONEST COMPANY AND PUT DIMENSIONS ON YOUR ADVERTISING. UPDATE: BLANKET WAS SO SMALL WE USED IT FOR THE DOG BED. AFTER TWO WEEKS BLANKETS STARTED TO SHED AND LEFT FUZZ BALLS EVERYWHERE. BOTH BLANKITS MADE INTO THE TRASH CAN. AGAIN, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The blanket which was labeled king-size and shown in pictures as being really big was actually only about 30x40 and wouldn't cover my 7 yr old son. This was such a disappointment!!!! They tell you that there is a return policy but when the item arrives there is no way to return it. I wouldn't have even bothered with the review if they tried to make it right by letting me return it.

I had the same experience. All the reviews on the website were awesome. Now that I look closer, it looks like the same couple of people doing multiple reviews, employees or paid reviews i imagine. I ordered 12/1 for a Christmas gift and was so excited. I sent multiple emails and got the same response "8-15 days". Well it's way past that buddy. Got it today and am so disappointed, mad even. Such a scam. It's small and scratchy. Wish I could post pics. It's terrible!

Do not buy from this company! They’re customer service is absolute garbage and so is the product. I finally received my blanket and it’s not soft, it’s made of a horrible itchy material. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.
