Yep, I fell for the same scam (first one in my lifetime thankfully and only out $40). But it really sucks that this company is allowed to lie and cheat so freely in this country. If 2020 has taught me anything is that the U.S. has very pathetic protections in many areas. They have not responded to my 3 email attempts so I have contested the credit card charge. Shopify is also sleezy and very much at fault for allowing this vendor to continue with so many complaints.

If someone gave you this blanket then you still paid to much! I ordered it as a christmas gift in late november and it still has not arrived. The orgin destination was from china. The customer service email has stopped responding to me. DO NOT BUY.

Total craps. After 33 days from ordering date, product finally arrived and to say it was a major disappointment is an understatement. The size of the blanket is 1\4 of the size of the picture and the thickness is no where near what is depicted in the images in this site. They also claim this product ships from the US and mine came from china per tracking the order. There was ZERO packing slip that even indicates that my "blanket" is really from BlanketFly! Huge disappointment and will be sure to let everyone know.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered 2 king size blankets. Gave them as Christmas presents. When they were opened I have never been more embarrassed in my life. They are smaller than a baby blanket! I have written 10 emails asking for my refund or the blankets that I actually ordered. And of course I haven’t heard one word from them. Worst experience of my life. Oh and I waited almost two months for them to come in. Ridiculous waste of money and now my time and energy.

My boyfriend got this for me as a Christmas gift, dont even know where to start. Did not arrive on time, showed up unfinished and wet, looks like cotton balls glued together, but not as soft. Scratchy, frayed, completely unusable. Horrible product. Just sent an email requesting a refund, will update if I get a response.

Got ripped off. Ordered two king-size blankets and all I recieved a ball of yarn and what looks like a small mat. No response from the company for my refund.

Product took 5-6 weeks, was very small, wet and nothing like the description. No responses, emailed 6 times for refund. RIP OFF.
