We were to get a free makeup brush with the foundation brush we bought and we never received it. Otherwise no complaints.

I am very happy with my purchases! Would give 5 stars only there was one mistake with my order. I ordered 2 E10 synthetic brushes and I definitely received one with animal hair as the brushes are a slightly different colour and definitely a different look, feel and texture.

The products themselves are very good but I would just have an issue with the delivery service. My package was meant to be delivered on the Thursday before Easter Sunday- then the wrong address was put on the envelope which was fine but it then said the delivery had been signed for and of course I was concerned of the package being opened. It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone regarding where my package was because DPD- weren’t answering their main phone which is displayed online and Blank canvas don’t have a phone number to call. I mean it’s something very minor but was a bit annoying. Once I finally received an email back from Blank canvas via email, the lady was very helpful.

Love the brush soap. Haven't mastered the eyeliner just yet tho... It's a little trickier, but only because I'm unskilled at eyeliner application.

Wonderful service and product, only complaint is I had to sign for package so had to drive to post office to pick up.

Shipping was pretty fast considering it was international. I love these brushes so far! They seem high quality, although some are a tad expensive. My only disappointment was that they have been sold out of one brush I really wanted since like November and it won't be back in stock until March I was told by customer service...why so long???

Everything was great... choice, price and delivery time. I was really happy. My only issue was the description of the item I wanted didn't match the photo so I was unsure which colour I would actually receive. I sent in two product queries to this end and received no reply. Assume this was down to busy Christmas time but I really wanted to avoid certain colours so felt I was taking a chance when ordering.

I had some trouble with the delivery but I think it was really an issue with UPS rather than Blank Cosmetics. I'm very happy with my order and the eyeshadow palette was a repurchase after I lost my last one.
