E83 brush not as fantastic as everything else
I've bought Blank Canvas for years and love their brushes but this time I had issues with two of the purchases. I received replacements for them easily enough however one of the brushes (E83) has quite frayed ends and is losing quite a bit of hair after only one week of use. Other brushes have been perfect every other time.

Happy with purchase.
Simple to buy, very happy with product. Delivery took longer than expected and wasn't given tracking details until day of delivery. However during the current situation, deliveries are all over the place.
