Hi Kenneth, Thanks for your review. The retail price on the gift set you purchased is €200, Your date of purchase was a few days after our birthday sale where we did have special discounts. Unfortunately these had expired when you purchased your gift set. By signing up to our newsletter on our website www.blankcanvascosmetics.com you will receive emails with info on new products, products coming back into stock, special offers and sales. I hope this helps. Deirdre, Customer Care, Blank Canvas Cosmetics.

Hi Gillian, Thanks for your comments and your continued custom. Can you let us know which brow brush/liner you purchased as we have a few in our range and may be able to recommend a different one, more suitable for what you would like. Deirdre, Customer Care, Blank Canvas Cosmetics.

Hi Sharon, Thank you for your feedback. At normal times of the year we do guarantee that orders placed before 1 p.m. GMT will go out that same day, however during Sales Times, Black Friday and the Christmas Season, it may take a little longer due to the extremely high volume of orders. As we are currently running our Summer Sale, we are experiencing a huge volume of orders, so parcels are going out as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and your order will be dispatched shortly. Deirdre, Customer Care, Blank Canvas Cosmetics.
