Lisa
Bought the 2 F20 brushes for 20 euro. Really disappointed, absorbs loads kf product and much smaller than buying a normal F20. Really did not live up to the hype.

Hi Donna, We've emailed you privately and apologise again for this delay, however as mentioned swaps must be booked in advance with the courier and we also had to email you for confirmation of your amended delivery address and colour options. The brush set you ordered has changed slightly from the original set and we've been happy to change this to the brushes you had originally wanted. Have a lovely day. Deirdre, Customer Care, Blank Canvas Cosmetics.

Nice brushes but dreadful delivery experience. Took ages to get here and staff beyond unhelpful. Kept getting useless daily texts for 9 days and nothing happened. Contacted delivery company and they would just disconnect me.

Hi Gracie, Thanks for alerting us to this, We will raise this with the courier company and apologise on their behalf for this experience. We've noted that on their updates they state that they could not locate your address and will have it checked out why this happened. Thanks. Deirdre, Customer Care, Blank Canvas Cosmetics.
