Bought items on 'black friday' thinking…
Bought items on 'black friday' thinking I'd spent threshold for the free gift of brushes in a clear washbag. Parcel arrived without free gift because the postage didn't count towards the threshold. There should be some notice on the website to advise of this.

5 days after and still no delivery
Placed order on the 5th at like 1am, website says 2-4 working days to deliver to the UK, it is now the 10th and still no delivery. I needed these brushes before the 12th as I have a wedding on that day and needed the brushes before 6am on that day. I wouldn’t have ordered had I known there was a likelyhood I wouldn’t receive them in time, however I naively trusted what was written on the website.
