Bought a considerable amount of blank canvas products after seeing many positive reviews on social media, one of the brushes splayed after it’s second cleaning, used BC soap etc, contacted customer service, and provided images of brush etc,initially positive, had to complete form, return more images etc, then customer service started putting me through hoops re could I rewash , try reshape , if problem persists provide more images etc. Long story short, I am disappointed with customer service, IMO product is only as good as service provided if a problem occurs, I’ll bin the faulty brush and purchase different brand going forward.

Sadly my F15 is loosing hairs since the day I got it, and is now falling apart. I have plenty blankcanvas products which are awesome - this is really unusual

I have makeup brushes for years & the 1st time I bought Blank Canvas brushes & after a few months the bristles are coming off my foundation brush but apparently its my fault even though I never had a problem with all the other brushes I had over the years. Anyway back to using my other brushes since they are still perfect. I just bought these brushes as Lisa Lust advertised them, I don't wear makeup every day but because I apparently am not washing them enough, it's my fault the bristles are coming off, so all the other brushes I have for years & they never came off hmmm that would make u think 🤔 I am not stupid, so I won't purchase from the company again or recommend 👍pity I can't upload the photo of the brush

I ordered the amount so as I could get the 30 euro free cosmetics and the order came but without the additional cosmetics.

Bought brushes as Xmas gifts on the basis of a promo which was being offered at the time spend €30 to receive 3 additional brushes to the value of €30.... when checking out a 20% mrsmakeup promo was automatically put into the basket and not by me, checked out the basket which was still over €30 and never received the free promo gift, contacted customers service and spoke to a nice girl who was helpful but she said the total had to be on products and not include postage I explained that I never put the mrsmakeup code into the basket but she didn’t really care.... will never buy their products again

The border liner ink is terrible and faded, it isn’t buildable either

Hi I ordered your makeup brushes which I love but I also ordered your eye shadow palette which I didn't get. If you were to send me what I paid for then you get the 5 stars I emailed three times I tried to message in Instagram but nothing

I did not receive my order yet so I am unable to review the product.
