I placed an order on August 23, 2026, but it still hasn't been shipped. I sent an email, but I haven't received a reply. Have I been scammed?

Ordered two knives. The bolts on the butterfly knife are so tight you can’t hardly open it, I can fix that myself so not a huge deal. The second knife, I knew I bought an abs handle but it’s absolutely the worst, cheapest plastic you’ve ever seen. It’s missing bolts, it’s not the color I ordered, it is stamped Benchmade….it’s 100% not.

This place is a scam and shouldn’t be trusted! I did the pro order of 6 gumballs and literally got counterfeit knives and very cheaply made knives. One of my knives was literally a parring knife from a butcher block. Another knife was so crappy that the components to hold blade are literally moving and coming off. You would be better off going to the gas station and buying a knife.

I spent $135 on gas station knives. I didn’t get one name brand knife. It is a rigged system. You have to tip a lot or you get junk! I’m not sure the name brands are not junk copies. Definitely don’t recommend. Absolute rip off.

One month of not responding on mail or tiktok. When i get a responce they say they will ship it in 2-3 days and guess what one week after and nothing they stop responding and are very unprofessional

I have no intentions on buy any other product from them,bad business honestly first of all i made a purchase with on oct 23rd by nov1 i checked their site to see the status of the order their site said my order was delivered meanwhile i didnt recieve anything so contacted them through email the rep said my order wasnt delivered yet that their was a delay then the rep tells me to wait 10 additional days communication to keep costumers updated is completely terrible

I was really excited about my purchase. I got three mystery knives and a brass knuckles mystery box. One of the blades I received is not usable. The blade does not stay out of the holder it just slides in and out. I tried to get a resolution from the company and they kept saying it's not broken and would not replace it. I offered video of the issue with no results from the company. It was extremely disappointing. I was offered a free knife with my next purchase but given that they sent me an unusable knife the first time I have zero intention of buying more. They need better customer service especially when the product sent was broken.

I asked if they shipped to my country before I bought the knives and they said, yes they do. Then they took forever to ship. I asked what was happening, and they said the carrier is having issues shipping to my country. I emailed them everyday to find out what's happening and I don't get any response. I've tried them on their WhatsApp, and they dont even read their messages. Now that they have my money, they've completely disappeared. I've asked for a refund, and still no response. I've sent 12 emails already. I have no idea how these people run a business. Its been 3 weeks and just nothing from these guys. Im assuming that I won't see the knives and I won't get a refund. This is very bad from bladesubscribe. Not a company I would buy from again. Very disappointed that they would take my money and disappear.
