Order was shipped late and then partially cancelled
I ordered a defense key chain and a stiletto knife in early June. I got the package 3 weeks later (a lot longer than I thought it would take), and the defense keychain is super cool and sharper than I thought it was going to be! The knife however, was not in the package. I waited a few more weeks to see if the knife came in a separate package and it never arrived. I finally reached out to customer support and they weren’t very helpful. I asked about why my knife had not arrived and they did not answer my question. They only said that one would be shipped out a week later. No compensation credit or anything was offered for having to wait over a month. A few days ago, I finally received an update....my order had been canceled. I didn’t receive any notification from the actually company, it came from the shipping agent. I still haven’t gotten any email from the actual company, but I did receive a full refund. I like their products, but I’m hesitant to order from them again after this whole situation.
