Black WolfReviews of blackwolfnation.com

Purchased from Black Wolf Nation Marketing WUSH Ear Cleaners and they did not behind their products when they failed due to faulty manufacturing. I received my WUSH as a gift from my daughter. I had the box and product to return (unit was dead within 1 year) and they refused to honor their warranty. They had a long drawed out email process that resulted in nothing being done to make the customer whole. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM Company

First of all i used luke warm water and when i put the device in my ear, the pressure was fast and I had it on lowest setting BUT WORST OF ALL WAS THE EXTREME DIZZINESS I FELT, I ONLY DID 1 EAR AND WAS TOO AFRAID TOO DO OTHER EAR, I LITERALLY HAD TOO HOLD ONTO ANYTHING TOO STOP FROM FALLING TOO THE GROUND FROM EXTREME DIZZINESS

I paid $40 for their hair scrubber and when it arrived, it did not function. The motor was broken and made a screeching sound when turned on. If there was any quality control, they would have IMMEDIATELY caught this issue. I contacted customer service on three separate occasions and never received a response outside of their automated “we received your request”. AVOID this company.

Seriously, stay away from Black Wolf. I placed an order back in April and it’s mid-July now—still haven’t received a thing. They keep feeding me generic, scripted excuses about a "warehouse transition" while simultaneously listing the same items as in-stock on their site and Amazon for immediate shipping. They are totally fine taking your money, but they clearly don't care about actually fulfilling your order. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Actually, if I could give them zero stars I would. These folks are completely unreliable, and I don’t think they’re on the up and up. While their website claims to ship within one or two days, I think they think this is 1975 in the scholastic book club and they can ship 2,3,4 months, whenever they feel like it. if they decide to ship it all. I ordered from them, waited three weeks for them to tell me it had been shipped, there was no way I could get any more details. And it was impossible for me to cancel the order. When I contacted customer support, I got a canned automated response and then crickets. No attempt to communicate with me whatsoever. I gave them several options and time to respond, and they did nothing. I suspect I’m like most of their customers, and I’m now challenging the charge with my credit card company, because I know they just wanna keep my money and not provide me with any product or service.

I'm a loyal customer and have reached their top VIP tier. I placed an order May 7th and it still says "confirmed" a month later. All the customer service has said is that they are in the middle of switching warehouses. For a month?

I bought one of Black Wolf's WUSH earwax cleaner products in 2023. I have used it less than 10 times, probably 6 at the most. I stored it when not used (most of the last 3 years) in a cabinet not exposed to any unusual factors. I took it out a few weeks ago and it was dead: Would not take a charge, no lights, just dead. After several emails with the company asking for a repair or exchange, I was told it was out of warranty and offered a $15 certificate to buy a new product from them. Of course it was out of warranty, but should a product die after so little use? I turned down the gift certificate offer: As the saying goes, "Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you." In my opinion, based on other reviews I have read and my own experience, this company knows it has a QC problem with its WUSH product and doesn't care as long as it can get away with selling it.

I purchased a Wush ear cleaner a few months back. Worked fine for a few months, then stopped working after 5 seconds even though it was fully charged., I tried writing to their customer support e-mail address twice and never received any response. It appears that this company markets their product and then disappears. I would NOT recommend this company or their products at all!
